UK Cyber Strategy, Application Security and Automation top the list of solutions the UK’s cybersecurity professionals are sourcing for their 2026 projects, according to our exclusive research.
The findings have been revealed in the run up to the Cyber Secure Forum, which takes place on November 11th at the Hilton London Canary Wharf.
Delegates registering to attend are asked which solutions they needed to invest in during 2026.
The ranking has evolved slightly since our June event, when Cyber Strategy, AI/Machine Learning and Application Security topped the list.
Business Continuity and Cyber Incident Exercising round out the Top 5.
Sarah Beall, Managing Director at Forum Events & Media, said: “Cybersecurity remains one of the fastest-evolving sectors we serve, and the data from our 2026 research reflects that shift. We’re seeing clear demand for more strategic, integrated approaches where automation, resilience planning, and robust application security are top priorities. The fact that UK Cyber Strategy remains number one shows how organisations are focusing on long-term defence and alignment with national frameworks, rather than reacting to single threats.”
